UP ICE congratulates Dr. Diocel Harold Aquino for his appointment as director of the UP Building Research Service (effective 01 July 2022)!
Dr. Aquino is an Associate Professor and member of our Construction Engineering and Management Group (CEMG). He previously served as our Deputy Director for Academic Programs.
We would also like to thank Dr. Fernando Germar, UP ICE professor and CEMG head, for his 9 long years of dedicated service as BRS director.
We wish both of them all the best in their future activities!
