The Institute is proud to announce the official appointment of Dr. Jose Regin F. Regidor as the 5th Director of UP Institute of Civil Engineering!
Dr. Regidor is a fellow and former director of UP National Center for Transportation Studies (NCTS). He is also a Professor of the Transportation Engineering Group of UP ICE.
