The UPD College of Engineering and UP ICE would like to clarify that there is no record of a Mr. Mikhail Angelo Sagnip nor a Mr. Mikhail Sobrepeña accepted to any of the undergraduate degree programs of the College of Engineering, University of the Philippines Diliman for 1st Semester AY2022-2023. There is also no record of any recent or current registration to the College of Engineering, University of the Philippines Diliman.
