UP ICE is proud to announce the official appointment of Dr. Eugene Herrera as the new director of the UP National Hydraulic Research Center (UP NHRC)!
Dr. Herrera is an Associate Professor of UP ICE, and the head of our Water Resources and Coastal Engineering Group (WRCEG). Under Dr. Herrera’s leadership, innovative, timely and collaborative research and development activities on water resources and coastal engineering can be expected.
UP NHRC is a constituent center of UP National Engineering Center which aims to conduct research and provide technical advice on various problems of water resources development and management, hydrology, hydraulic and coastal engineering, fluid mechanics, and other related fields.
