Dr. Salvador F. Reyes is a retired professor of Civil Engineering from the University of the Philippines and a foremost geotechnical engineering consultant in the country.
Our speaker is Prof. Ikuo Towhata, Professor Emeritus at the University of Tokyo. The lecture topic is “Fault Rupture Effects as Observed During Reconnaissance After the 2023 Earthquake in Türkiye”.
