The Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers – American Concrete Institute Philippines – UP Diliman Student Chapter is a non-profit student organization for Civil Engineering students of UP Diliman, which trains and engages its members to join a wide range of opportunities to become competent professionals and active key players in nation-building. The organization is composed of the two individual, duly recognized student chapters of PICE National and ACI Philippines.
